How to maintain Oral Health:

Brush twice a day & change the brush once in a month. |

Undergo dental checkup for every 6 months by dentist and get scaling done. |

If you find any black spots on teeth, Please consult your Dentist. It might be dental caries. |
|
For strong teeth, take healthy food with more of fiber content. |
|
If any food lodgment is there between teeth, dont use pins or tooth pick, Use dental floss. |
|
If you have bad breath or bleeding gums, consult your Dentist. It might Pyorriea (gum disease). |
|
If you have decayed tooth, consult your Dentist for preservation. If you have lost tooth get it replaced immediately. |

Chewing tobacco gutka is not good for oral health. It causes Oral Cancer in due course. |

In these days of HIV & Hepatitis we clearly understand the need for proper sterilization of instruments we use and so we follow the sterilization protocols using equipment like autoclave, hot air oven , glass bead sterilizer and to top them all we make maximum use of disposables like syringes, gloves, drapes, napkins, mouth mirrors, probes, tweezers, suction tips etc to prevent cross contamination from one patient to another & that too at a very negligible price.
